About KD Pro Handyman
KD Pro Handyman & Remodeling Services is a licensed general contractor in Georgia with over $1 million in liability insurance. Based in Decatur, the business serves residential and commercial properties across the Atlanta area with home maintenance and renovation services, including full remodels, minor updates, routine maintenance, and home organization. The company is locally owned and operated and focuses on excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
Reviews describe the whole process as totally professional and transparent, from very detailed estimates including different options, to detailed change orders, to the final invoice. Technicians were always on time and worked quickly to provide the best possible result, even after encountering several design obstacles. Customers report drywall repair and touch up painting completed in one session, a bathroom exhaust fan vent installed in a roof, and a flooring install with drywall repair. The team was easy to work with and professional from the estimate stage through project completion, tying in to existing LVP flooring seamlessly and doing the same with the drywall repair and paint job. The team handled tricky adjustments in a kitchen, including recessing an outlet for an induction stove and cutting tile to fit a new overhead fan. Customers plan to use the company for all repair and remodel projects going forward and highly recommend it.
Reviews
KD Pro Handyman & Remodeling did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. We heard about them through a friend, and after seeing the finished bathroom, we are so glad we chose them.
The shower, tile work, glass enclosure, fixtures, and overall design came out beautiful. The team communicated well, showed up professionally, and paid attention to the details that really made the space feel finished.
One thing I appreciated is that they helped us understand the process and what went into a project like this. Since pricing is something people always wonder about, our bathroom remodel came in just under $45,000 based on the size, materials, and scope of work we chose.
