“The job was a commercial renovation for a small not for profit arts organization, The Metal
Arts Guild of Georgia. From start to
completion, Davey was clear in his communication, knowledgable in the scope of work we needed done and kind and compassionate in understanding our organizational processes and operations. This allowed the remodel of a former auto repair shop into a functioning commercial studio for jewelry making classes and workshops to be held 7days/week.

In addition to Davey’s understanding of our operations, he was ALWAYS punctual in our preliminary meetings and his team was where they were supposed to be, when they were supposed to be there. The security of our building was respected and Davey and his team made sure this was attended to daily.

Permitting was at times stressful for the organization (as it can be for everyone,) as we were working with a city with whom we were not familiar. Davey assisted greatly in orienting us to the overall permitting processes, and troubleshooting where needed until our permits as well as certificate of occupancy was obtained. Davey was sensitive and realistic about the details outside of his control and focused on solution driven strategies to help us achieve our goals and timeframe, even when we were stressed.

The plumbing, bathroom construction, sheet rock, electrical, joining of two buildings into one, and trim work were definitely handled to our satisfaction and we would not hesitate to work with this company moving forward.“

“*(Update) They worked together with another company to get the water up and limit any damage to the house*Had a water pressure issue repaired by this company that was hired by my property manager. They fixed the issue but left within 10 minutes of saying all issues were fixed. Pipe busted going from the water heater to the main water like to the house and it takes a minute to get to the bottom of my driveway to shut the water off.They came back and shop vac’ed what they could and left and another company came by last night and extracted the carpet. One of the guys said his supervisor (idk why there’s a supervisor with a 2 man crew) was rushing to leave even though they’re supposed to wait 1-1.5 hours before leaving to make sure everything is in working order. Very frustrating experience. If all turns out well on the back end of this I’ll leave a much better review.“
