I love this place! The community of varying age groups and skill levels are all wonderful and supportive people. The coaches focus on form and have a wide variety of teaching styles. I have seen great progress in my strength and ability since signing up a year ago and can’t wait to see my continued progress!

I stumbled upon Go Fitness during the peak of the pandemic, when no other gym was open but this one. I had no clue what CrossFit was at the time, but Coach Karen let me try a class for free and I was hooked! Been at it for over two years now, and I love that every workout is different, it’s always a new challenge, my body is always sore somewhere, and I have the best coaches ever! It’s a big gym family! You’ll leave a better and happier person than you came in, no doubt.

I've been a member for almost a year now. Besides how much Crossfit has helped me personally, what I love the most about Go Fitness is the people. I really feel like I'm amongst family. Can't beat that
