DFC CrossFit has truly been life-changing for me. After being away from CrossFit for years, walking into this gym immediately felt like home. From the coaches to the members, the environment is welcoming, motivating, and supportive no matter your fitness level.

I’m 62 years old and have been pretty physically active my whole life with recently having been involved with Pilates. I was getting pretty bored at my Pilates studio when I overheard a friend at church talking about this gym. When I heard it was CrossFit, my first thought was, I’m too old for that. She encouraged me to check it out because the workouts are scaled to each person’s ability in class and while I was skeptical, as that seemed like a very difficult thing for someone to do, I gave it a try.
