Was wayyyy too crowded due to entire families coming for their child/children's appointments. I recommend asking families to limit number of people coming as covid is still going around. There was a mom, dad and grandma there for 2 kids appointments and that's just ridiculous. Also, the dentist could be more gentle when cleaning kids teeth. My child said they were rough and made her gums bleed because they were rushing to get the job done. Lastly, if scheduling 8am appointments maybe send the check-in paperwork via text or email to us since we cannot enter the building 15mins early as instructed since y'all keep the doors locked until about 3-5mins before... read full review

They’re scheduling service needs to improve or not be a work from home center. They need better people for scheduling, especially when inputting information and they put the wrong information that was given to them over the phone & get to the office and everything is completely wrong
