It’s a frustrating experience every time I have to deal with this practice. The front desk staff is rude, they cancel my appointments without much notice, they are unorganized, the wait times are so long. It’s a money pit here, so they do what they have to do and don’t care how much they inconvenience you.Not many dentists near me accept my children’s insurance so I feel trapped here.The staff are okay with my kids and that is the only pro.

BEST DENTIST AND OFFICE STAFF!Dr. Suk and Rebeca are the best. They are so friendly and professional. I felt cared for and didn't feel like I was just a number or an appointment. They explain everything really well and make sure to answer all your questions. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. Thank you Dr. Suk and Rebeca for your great service!

Why is it that no one ever answers the Lilburn office? I've been calling since 10am. I spoke with callcenter representative that also tried to connect with someone in office. I had this issue awhile ago and had to leave my job early just to speak with someone. This doesn't make sense! Now, I'll have to do the same thing. I don't have time like this to waste.Other than this issue, I like the service.
