It is a terrible service from the doctor, my appointment was at 1:30 pm and they treated me until 3:30 pmThe assistant who speaks Spanish was very kind to usBut the doctor was very rude and unprofessionalWithout a doubt I will not return

I have never left a bad review but the service on here is so unprofessional, please go somewhere else. I was scheduled 2 weeks prior and when I got there at 4:00pm, the Dr/owner of the facility forgot I was coming in (I left my job 2 hrs before at 3:30pm) because the owners said I could not come late due to LabCorp getting here at 5:00pm for the blood and urine. I still didn’t get seen until 6:00pm because she forgot I was coming which she did verbally say even though her Med student did see my on the schedule (he was so nice) she went to the bank and to go get the COVID vaccine knowing she has 2 patience waiting in her. I visited this doctors office for my appointment at 9:30 a.m. I came in and was greeted very kindly by the front staff. I waited for the doctor for over an hr and she hadnt even gotten to the office yet. so when i was finally seen she was VERY rude and obnoxious! She would complain about other patients to me. She was not private about it. She was also rude to her staff in front of me. I dont think shes even heard of HIPAA because she definatly violates it! There was not one thing that was good about my visit there. To me i wouldnt even call it a doctors office It reminds me more of a down graded free clinic. I honestly couldnt believe she was even a doctor. Very shocked...read full review
