Another FANTASTIC experience with CLIMATE MASTERS! Didn’t know why, but my upstairs AC was shutting off after about four hours of good work. Staff here is friendly and efficient and set up my appointment for the very next day. Brian came, figured it out quickly and worked his magic so we were up and running right away! I’ve worked with CLIMATE MASTERS for almost 20 years and I would never choose another AC company. I highly advise that you do the same!

We are so glad our friends recommended climate masters! Our AC unit stopped working and we had a large ATL company come out and try and convince us we needed all 3 of our units replaced at a very expensive cost. We decided to get a second opinion and Austin with Climate masters charged no “diagnostics fee”, turned back on the units they turned off, and quoted us almost 4 times less for a hot water heater and new AC units. He genuinely had our best interest at heart, did a great job installing a new hot water heater since ours was severely corroded and fixed a part on our AC unit that needed to be fixed. We had such a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Nice people to work with. They did right by me, but more importantly, they did right by my Mother when she needed service on her a/c unit. I now know that I have a new heating and air company to use and refer to others.
