This is the second time I've used the company. The first time was an OK experience except the car arrived later than expected. This time, the pick up went well, but when the car arrived we received a text from the driver to meet at a truck stop since he couldn't bring his truck into the city. When asked for a refund of the LYFT charges, I was told that they could only apply for a discount for future moves. I was expecting a reduction in the cost since they didn't live up to the contract as well as a reimbursement of the LYFT fees. After reading the other reviews, I guess my experience was a lot better, but it was frustrating none the less.

He was always available to answer questions and and keep me up to date on the progress from pick up to delivery. Since this was my first experience transporting a car, he made it easy and helped calm my nerves. The experience was flawless and I highly recommend them!
I had an excellent experience with this company from beginning to end. They did use another transport company which is understandable, but everything turned out great. This company used Edish car transport, Lasha was the driver. Nothing but professionalism through out.
