Robert recently helped solve extreme hot kitchen issue in the restaurant. I was impressed by his profession! He stayed with the chef in the hot kitchen for almost two hours to investigate the root cause of the issue. Despite of 95+ degree outsider and direct sun on the restaurant roof, he examined the performance of hood vent and HVAC system. He explained the root cause of the high temperature. He balanced kitchen hood inflow and outflow air which helped the kitchen temperature to reduce a few degrees. Some of the root causes are not easily fixed, so we decided to add an HVAC unit for the kitchen. Their price was reasonable and installation process was so professional....read full review
