I hope I’m not stepping outside of the line here but I just wanted people to see that Curtis is a true southern gentleman. I live in Trenton Michigan, just a little north of you all. Back in April I had an Amana S Series heat pump installed. Saw on YouTube that Curtis had installed one back in December. The installer did not add a surge protector on the disconnect and in all of the installations I had seen on YouTube there was a surge protector added to the disconnect. I took a chance and gave Curtis a call and he was gracious enough to answer and not blow me off and answer my questions about if I was playing with fire by not having a surge protector.
