I have been visiting this place for hair cut and highlights - balayage; it has never disappointed me. Yeah, it takes me sometime to explain them what I want though but they do the job just fine.

I have been a customer for almost 20 years. Fouzia is the absolute BEST when it comes to anything beauty related!! She and her staff work with you until you are satisfied with final results. I travel over half an hour, two to three times a month to Noor salon. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
