I called in the morning and said I’d come by at 1 pm to get small boho knotless and was promised a 4 hour service (I have a baby I’d have to get back to). Because of my baby I didn’t arrive until 2:08 pm—I called before and let them know I’d be late. They were so accommodating and the braiders were there waiting for me. It was a Tuesday and I was the only customer. Three braiders immediately started parting and braiding my hair. I loveeee when more than one person works in my head because I cannot sit for 7/8 hours. I like Miriam Hair Braiding Salon. I've been several times and I get knotless braids (medium or small/medium). I think the ladies do a good job. If you're looking for a spa experience it's not that, but if you're looking for a place where you can get some nice braids that last then this is a place to strongly consider. I work a non traditional schedule, so I try to go on any day but Saturday and I try to get there early with my hair washed and ready to go.
Not the cheapest, but I feel like it's worth it. The place is very clean and the braiders are very skilled. Took my 10 year old daughter and 16 year old son here. Very respectful and kind.
