“I had a very nice massage and an amazing facial!! My facial was amazing and the only reason I am not subtracting stars. The bathroom was public and disgusting. The salt room also wasn’t very relaxing because is was so loud. Then there was no warmer on the massage table. The massage table also was quite rickety and kept rocking a bit which made it hard to relax as well. Hopefully when they move they will make the changes. It has the potential to be an amazing Spa. I also give it 5 stars for Paula’s excellent customer service!! She was very accommodating.“

“I booked Tarlough this morning at 9am as a new customer. I called to enquire about the services I booked and she was very professional and responsive to all my questions. There was a scheduling conflict and Tarlough notified me in advance of my appointment time (5 hours before) to discuss the change. When I arrived Tarlough was very kind and polite. She introduced me to Ms. Debra who did my blow dry and braid down. Ms. Debra was gentle and did not braid tightly. She was really friendly and professional as well.I could tell Tarlough had a busy day and it was late in the evening but she spoke to me with great energy and explained everything to me. She asked me about my hair care and shared her knowledge with me regarding taking care of my hair. She gave me the mirror several times during my appointment to ask me if I was happy with her placement of the closure and how it was sewn down. When she was finished with my sew in weave with closure, I was so impressed. It looked very natural like it was growing from my scalp. I highly recommend the services of Tarlough and Ms. Debra and I am happy to have found my new hair stylist.“
