I will not be going back. They told me to come at 5 PM and we arrived and there were 4 stylist there with other customers in each chair. The owner asked me to come back at 6 PM. The owner said they would be ready at 6 PM. My son and I came back at 6 PM and the owner asked for another hour. I asked what happened and why they did not let me know that they needed more time. The owner stated that she did not know that one of her appointments was going to be late. I correspondence by text so there was opportunities for the owner to let me know that they were running behind. Only the stylist apologized and the owner did not. This place used to be good but fell off recently. She had someone do my hair and she made them redo some of the braids. It was TERRIBLE. The boxes are huge and the braids are little. The parts are crooked. She didn’t even add the boho I got. I sent her a lot of clients, from all over. My aunt drove 3 hours once and waited 3 hours even with an appointment. I drove an hour and a half, still had to wait and it took entirely too long for a short style. My cousin just got her hair done there as well and the girl she requested for her hair didn’t show up.
