It depends if you catch them on a good day. They do a great job at braiding. However they're customer service skills are lacking. I just wish they hire a receptionist to speak for them
I got there for my appointment and waited only to be told she was unable to do my hair. So I had to find someone else to do it at last minute. It delayed me from leaving on time to my destination out of town
Beautiful braids and reasonably priced. You can tell that Mrs. Esther is a perfectionist so you're always going to get a good job done. I don't trust many on my head but I definitely will be a regular customer with the quality work she gives
