I have always rated my treatments and the center staff 5 stars and I still do, however, with the recent merger it took your insurance dept from 7/2022 until 1/ 2023 before they processed my insurance authorization so that my appointment could be scheduled.
Cindy, the technician that did the ultrasound test on my veins is amazing as well as Dr. Perez and his entire staff. I was a little anxious before testing because I recently learned that I was born with a birth defect which includes my heart and stomach. Despite what I may have been feeling or experiencing. Cindy, you made having this test so easy. I thank u you for keeping it real.Ur love for your job shows when you are with the patients.Don't ever change...
It would have been great if they had gone ahead and done the ultrasound while I was there for my “free consultation”. I drove for half an hour each way just to book an appointment which is in a couple of days.
