“To our former client Ms.Lampley,I want to state that overall we have had many issues regarding you and your lack of respect for our hours of operation and scheduling policies. You along with all of our other clients have been given at least one of our policy letters, and in your case multiple copies of the same policy form. It states you have two hours to pick up your dog after completion. We are a grooming salon, not a boarding facility. We are not the only grooming salon that has this policy in place. While we agree it doesn't take 6 hours to groom a client, your pet is one if the first clients done by the groomer because you've had issues in the past of picking up on time. After 5 missed appointments that you yourself scheduled, we felt it only right to charge for the missed appointment spot. We are not accusing you of having missed payments. With that said, there were at minimum of 4 appointment spots we never charged you for (We keep very good notes on the Client cards). We as a business have tried to work with you and your schedule repeatedly over the years. We have never used Dry shampoo on a clients dog, EVER. That being said, that is a blatant lie and another misrepresentation of our business. We would also just note that we have always treated Violet with love and care, it is you the Owner we have the issue with. If you are worried about long lasting relationships, You would have had more respect for the groomer and staff that care for your pet. Numerous No Call and No show and Cancel Morning of over the years is disrespectful to your groomer, who benefits in no way from this. Just like in any business, it is about the money. That is what puts food on the employees table and pays their bills. We have always had fair pricing for clients. In a lot of cases we have been below market average on most pets, so to insinuate that we are only in it for the financial gain is another misrepresentation. Another reason for ending our grooming services for you is your verbal abuse and cursing out of our front of house staff. We have one receptionist, her list of duties are extensive so yes, most times phone calls do go to voicemail, she may be outside checking in/out clients or on the other phone line assisting a client. We do have two phone lines that run in business that have the same exact answering machine message. Or she may even be in the back assisting a groomer or bather. That is why in the policy form you received we ask to leave a message and not call back to back to back like you are known to do. We will definitely miss Violet she was a wonderful pet to groom. We hope you can find another grooming salon that can accomadate your needs and scheduling.“

“I took my dog Roxy in for a temperament test and she seemed relaxed and happy upon pickup, which made me feel relieved. This will be my first dayboarding experience with her and so far its been great, helpful staff, easy setup process. My dog got to play with others her size, which I think helped her to feel comfortable and at ease. She is a senior (11 years) and a rescue from a bad breeding situation so to see her be excited at this place with the other smaller dogs makes me really happy and comfortable leaving her there while I'm at work. The welcome sign was a cute touch!“
