Yesterday we had a technician (Paul) come to our home to take a look at our dryer which is over 20 years old. I was worried that we would have to purchase a new dryer ....something I did not want to have to do. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very patient with answering our questions and putting up with our dog who is super friendly. Thank you for the wonderful service and we definitely will recommend Al's to all our friends that may need service for their appliances.
Amazing experience. Matthew was excellent and had our dishwasher repaired the next day. I definitely recommend and will definitely come back to your company again. Great job.
