Great service at a good price. They were quick to respond to our needs.
I don't know what's going on with the 1 star review, but 5 isn't enough for me. They went above and beyond for my family and I when we were in dire straights for an appliance. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Yesterday we had a technician (Paul) come to our home to take a look at our dryer which is over 20 years old. I was worried that we would have to purchase a new dryer ....something I did not want to have to do. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very patient with answering our questions and putting up with our dog who is super friendly. Thank you for the wonderful service and we definitely will recommend Al's to all our friends that may need service for their appliances.
