I was advised through my Choice Home warranty that this company picked up the work order. Which indicated it would be a few days out. I contacted the technician and asked if there were any cancellations to let me know. He was able to get out sooner and had awesome communication. He quickly identified the issue and also told me of regular maintenance things that would make my unit last longer. I also liked the fact that he had everything needed to fix the issue as I have had companies that would not, and come back hours later to the next day. Kudos to All Star. I scheduled, for my mother, an appointment on Monday morning for a heat pump which was not starting. The technician showed on Tuesday morning at the time he said he would (something so rare in this era). Forty minutes later the issue was resolved and the AHU ready to go for another season. The pricing is very reasonable. We were shocked. This is a highly recommended and very honest company.
They did a great job on our heat pump. They were out within 24 hours of the call. It was a minor repair. Pricing was reasonable, the technician knowledgeable, polite, and down to business. We will be using them going forward.
