I return a lot of amazon packages and its not always clear on how the package needs to be returned. The staff at this store showed me what to look for and remined me that they are not amazon and they do not make the rules. At first I was disappointed that I had to pack my return but after their explanation I fully understood! Also they showed me how to return my amazon package so I would not have to pay for packaging in the future. They where very informative and took the time to help me through the transition. I would hands down recommend this store over all others. They even let me use their computer to leave this review.

I use UPS Stores all over the country and I've never had a better experience than at this Town Center UPS Store. The crew there is extremely professional, courteous and efficient. I brought them a rather complicated task and they handled it in no time. These folks are great! the folks that posted other reviews of this store must have been dealing with the old owners before the new professionals took over.
