This company, its owner, its staff, one cannot and could not have a better group to work with. They were responsive, responsible, followed up, worked so hard. Everything about them was fantastic. Rytech was there when we needed them to address an unknown problem-slow water seepage from a cracked drain leaking water into our subflooring. I knew that we had a problem when I kept smelling that “old moldy house” smell in my very clean kitchen. Once they found the origin of the problem, restoration began immediately. After a week of fans and water extraction, it was safe to replace and rebuild. I will recommend Rytech to anyone who has a problem with water damage.
I wanted to write a brief note to say that working with Linda Fassett and the team of the Sacramento Rytech has been a very positive experience. This was an extremely challenging time with extensive water damage requiring four months of repairs between start/finish. Each time I have reached out to Linda, she has responded promptly (weekdays, weekends, evenings, etc) - beyond what I would have expected. She has been pleasant, engaging and reassuring throughout the process. From removal/protection of my furniture, to the assessment of the damage and the clean up/ mitigation, all the way through return of my furniture - the team has been nothing but professional, polite and considerate. Each of the team members at the various touch points sought to ensure that my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with the next steps.
