We are extremely pleased with Hardrock! After meeting with five different deck contractors, we chose Casey and his team—and I’m so glad we did. From the start, Casey made us feel comfortable. He really understood what we wanted and took the time to clearly walk us through their process and approach. All of our questions were answered thoughtfully, including the timeline, and we never once felt pressured to add extras like we did with a couple of the other companies. The project ended up taking about two weeks longer than originally planned, mostly due to weather and a few extra-detailed county inspections on minor items. We hired Hardrock for a small job. You can't have complete control over a natural product, and we ended up having an issue with some stone. I raised the issue with Casey, and he made it a priority to find a solution. My takeaway from the experience is that Casey is a business owner who understands the importance of a satisfied customer and ultimately cares about the quality of work he and his guys do, even on small jobs.
