We are extremely pleased with Hardrock! After meeting with five different deck contractors, we chose Casey and his team—and I’m so glad we did. From the start, Casey made us feel comfortable. He really understood what we wanted and took the time to clearly walk us through their process and approach. All of our questions were answered thoughtfully, including the timeline, and we never once felt pressured to add extras like we did with a couple of the other companies. The project ended up taking about two weeks longer than originally planned, mostly due to weather and a few extra-detailed county inspections on minor items. Even so, the experience remained very positive. The crew was consistently respectful of our home and property, which I truly appreciated. As the project progressed, we felt confident trusting Casey’s input on a few design tweaks and additions—and I’m so glad we did. He has a wonderful eye for design, and those touches really made a difference. Hardrock wasn’t the cheapest option, but they were competitive, and the finished deck looks absolutely beautiful and high-end. We are so excited to furnish it and spend the spring enjoying our new space. I would absolutely recommend them!
