First time going to Compleat Stair and Steve went above and beyond to help this project, he even consulted his coworker, Bob, to make the design even better. He could have taken this just like any other sales, but he talked to Bob after we completed the purchase coming up with a new caping idea to tie the parts better.
Everyone is knowledgeable and is there to make a smooth process. From the moment we decided on the parts, their guys already put everything together, including new cuts and joints.
I expect to continue to use their services for future projects soon.
