“My daughter had the best time at Renewed for her 10th birthday! From booking to the experience itself, everything was so simple. I called to inquire about the possibility of hosting our event, and the gentleman who answered the phone was so nice and helpful. The owner (Nicole) returned my call within hours. She explained everything to me with all the options and the process, but she did not pressure me at all to book with them. She sent over all the info we discussed for me to review immediately. I was able to text to finish the booking process (which is super convenient). The invoice and reminders were sent to my email in a timely manner. For the celebration itself, the venue was decorated nicely so I had no need to being my own decor. The girls (there were 5) were so comfortable and well taken care of. Every staff member I encountered was so sweet. We weren't rushed, and they were constantly making sure everything was good for our group. I wish I had gotten everyone's name, but Nicole, Justine, and the other two ladies really made my group feel like they were at home. Thank you so much for making my daughter's birthday so wonderful and easy! The professionalism and kindness of this staff today was phenomenal!“

I've been getting my nails done S&S for several years so I know the proper tech... the girl who did them only put three layers that is one of the natural powder. Two of the color did not build up the nail bed.... Can't really say whether they are good or bad have to wait and see. The shot was very clean very calming.“
