One-option music is not a preferred change, but staff provided the reason behind that decision. I did rest and relax so I still rated it high for the overall positive experience. Staff was incredible, kind and attentive. Thanks Tamika. The ice plunge is next.“

“Went for a belated mother’s day present for The Works… there aren’t enough stars to give. The young woman at the front desk was beyond polite, the young woman doing the massage (REBEKAH!) thorough and though I didn’t know exactly where I wanted her to “target” she (by herself) realize that my shoulders were… well, tense (to say the least). She meticulously targeted that area paying special attention to my right arm. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a salon. The pricing was a little more than I would have expected but after the service I received… I would pay $100 more. I’m not joking. If I could give them a million stars I would!!!“
