I do my color with Crystal and love it!!!
Each time I go she gets same excellent results! And the best, she does it so quicky, I don’t need to spend much time! Salon charges $50 for late cancellation or being late. Sometimes It is difficult to communicate to change an appointment, so this could be more flexible!
I have been going to Taylor Brooks salon for quite few years now and my hair always looks fabulous. Michelle does my color. She is extremely talented, very professional, kind and a pleasure to be around. She knows hair and I am always confident that when I leave the salon, I am at my best. Her customer service is above and beyond and honestly she is the reason I go to Taylor Brooks.
On the other hand;
My complaint would be about the front desk. Don’t get me wrong, they book my appointments but every time I call they make me feel like they are doing me a favor. Even when I am paying for the service on the checkout, they are very unwelcoming; they never smile...read full review
Porschia is a gem! She listens to what you want and is attentive and caring. I was nervous about switching hairdressers after being with a wonderful person for over 10 years (only switched bc she moved and then broke her arm), but Porschia made me feel welcome and at ease. My hair looks beautiful!
