I asked for a silent service as salons are so loud, it’s so chaotic and my brain just can’t handle that AND having a 45 minute long conversation with somebody I don’t really know. So I asked for a silent service and she didn’t act like I was a weirdo or get offended. Do note however, the other stylist and clients are still just as loud as they are everywhere else. No criticism, it’s exactly as expected, but Olivia will make you as comfortable as possible.

My cut was more of a correction of someone else’s not so great work, Olivia gave me exactly what I asked for. I 100% recommend and plan to be a return client myself“
