SIR - Stucco Inspection & Stucco Repair & Stucco Warranty & Home Inspection is the oldest and largest stucco company in the southeast United States, distinguished by its physical office location. They offer stucco protection plans and warranties, guaranteeing low prices and high-quality service. Customers appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness of the team, particularly highlighting the exceptional service provided by a key staff member. Reviews indicate that SIR effectively handles various needs, from pre-listing inspections to repairs, ensuring timely completion, even in adverse weather. Their experienced inspectors, who previously worked as installers, thoroughly explain their findings to instill confidence in clients. Recent feedback shows SIR’s good job on repairs, blending work so well that the repairs are hardly noticeable, and even cleaning up previous work done by others. Customers also mention the competitive pricing and the ease of working with the company, although some suggest that providing contact information for the person doing the work could improve convenience. Overall, SIR is highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable stucco inspection and repair services.
Great company to work with, fast and professiona. Bernadette was a real pleasure to work with, she is fast, friendly and most efficient! We were offered several options when it came to the scope of work. Even more so, they were able to move repair appointment up by more than a week which was extremely helpful and much appreciated! Thank you Bernadette!
Responded quickly to our request. Scheduled and completed the repair sooner than anticipated. Company rep, Bernadette, kept in constant contact with me about the status of the project.
We were so pleased with this company and their customer service, and we had an excellent experience with every employee we encountered. They were professional and competent and kind. We highly recommend. SIR!
