We chose Scott for a pre home inspection to get any unknown issues corrected prior to listing our home. Funny, we called his number because I kept seeing his company truck when I would walk our dog in the neighborhood and the name just stuck. Scott is extremely professional and thorough, in addition to being timely and knowledgeable. He explained his findings along the way and made sure we felt informed before ending his day. Scott did an amazing job inspecting my townhome before I moved in. Scott did a very thorough and detailed inspection. He took the time to go over all the information of what issues he found, as well as made sure I understood what could happen if the issues were not resolved. I felt very confident with his inspection. I would give 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend him who needs a home inspection!
