I like how thorough she was with explaining what she was doing with my hair. I also love Ella for assisting Lia as she was very gentle with shampooing my hair. They worked well together. They both have such sweet dispositions and VERY good at what they do. In addition, I was very impressed when they served me with a glass of water and Biscoff cookies.
