Next, I must mention Wilkur, who brought a much-needed burst of energy and positivity to the team. His constant smile and uplifting attitude helped me stay calm when I wanted to lose my mind. Wilkur was truly a ray of sunshine in a dark moment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to have around during such a stressful time. He was super funny. He had a field day when he realized my toilet seat was motion sensored. He thought it was the coolest thing. Not only was it sensored it has a remote that has many settings allowed the lights to change colors every so often be hid the toilet.

Now, where do I even begin with Ashley, Kristin, and Cailin? These three women are nothing short of extraordinary.

Ashley was a rock throughout this entire process. She was not only incredibly patient but also unbelievably kind. She reassured me every step of the way, making sure I felt supported and never alone. During this overwhelming time, I always felt that if I had any question or concern, I could turn to her. Her calm, comforting presence helped me keep my head together when things felt chaotic. It was clear that she genuinely cared, and I will be forever grateful for her kindness and her ability to bring peace to a very stressful situation.

Kristin wow. She is an absolute wealth of knowledge. Having so many years of experience in the business, Kristin took the time to educate me on everything I needed to know. She was never in a rush and made sure I understood the next steps, giving me the clarity I desperately needed. More than just answering my questions, she also anticipated what I would need to know, keeping me in the loop with regular updates and giving me heads-up about what to expect so I wouldn’t be caught off guard. Her thoughtfulness and expertise really stood out. Kristin made me feel empowered rather than overwhelmed, and for that, I am incredibly grateful.

And then there’s Cailin where do I even start? Cailin was so dedicated and on top of everything. She was always so quick to respond, and every time she left my house, she made sure to update me on exactly what had been done. What really impressed me was that, if for some reason I couldn’t pick up the phone, she always made sure to leave a detailed voicemail, making sure I knew what happened during her visit and if there was anything I needed to be aware of. Her thoroughness and consistency made me feel confident that nothing was slipping through the cracks. Cailin’s positive attitude and constant communication made the entire experience smoother and more bearable.

When it came to the physical work of cleaning up and packing up my home, I was fortunate to have De'Marco, Quez, and DaMarion on the job. These young men were incredibly respectful, compassionate, and hard-working. They handled all my belongings with such care and precision, taking their time to do the job right. Quez especially stood out for his politeness, always calling me “ma’am” and showing such respect. It made me smile every time, and it was clear that they put 100% into everything they did.“
