Great the plumber was very polite, introduced himself told me exactly what he was doing each step and did the job very quickly cleaned up and left! Very pleased and I love the owners Rusty and Donna great experience and will be sure to recommend them!

The repairman was nice and I think he did a good job. However, he was 3 hours late and did not even say sorry to keep you waiting when he got there. He did call around the appointment time to tell me he'd be two hours late, but come on, three hours late you should say *something*.He replaced the broken pipe with PEX, which is good, but he left in such a hurry that he didn't pick up any of the debris, such as the old pipes or ceiling drywallThe price was a good bit higher than I expected for replacing a stretch of pipe that goes to the washing machine. I have used Mountainside for some small jobs and they were always super friendly and responsive. I didn't have to shop around when it came time to install a tankless water heater in March. Recently the water heater showed an error code and stopped working. They showed up to find it was condensation in the exhaust pipe in the attic that had nothing to do with their install. They did the repair in less than an hour and did not charge me for it. These guys are top notch and I will only use and recommend them!Services: Plumbing pipe repair
