“We recently decided to replace some old rugs in our home, and after a recommendation from a friend decided to use Albright flooring. From the very beginning, Joey Junior, replicated, old-fashioned, customer service and flexibility. We found him to be creative in his suggestions, accommodating to our schedule and timeframe, and certainly well within the pricing that we had intended to spend. In addition, the men that came to install the flooring were meticulous and precise in their workmanship. I’m rather picky and after looking closely and have found zero areas that I thought were poorly done. When they ran out of glue, they came back the following day and finished up the job, after a 13 hour day. I could not be more pleased with the end product. “I recently had J&M Atlanta Top Flooring LLC service my hardwood floors and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They screened, stained, applied wood putty where needed, and finished everything with a beautiful satin coat. I was very specific about not wanting my floors sanded since I love my floating wood planks, and they worked with me perfectly — staining only where it was needed.
What really set them apart was their knowledge, professionalism, and communication. They were able to answer every question I had and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. After the service, they followed up and even sent me a curated list of products to maintain my floors along with a recoating schedule — which is so helpful since I have two dogs and two cats!
