As simple as this.......my heat went out on my main level. Turned out that the Furnace needed to be replaced. The main AC unit as well, needed to be done anyway.........but Clark's was onsite at my house at 8 AM the next day with all necessary materials and completed the job in about 8 hours. I'm most grateful for the quick turn-a-round, all of the Installers were professional, prepared and well informed.
Coy is truly a service professional. He went through all the diagnostics of the entire system and found the issue. A small circuit board controlling the heat pumps defrost action was faulty. The part will be picked up and replaced with the manufacturer’s circuit board replacement.Having been an HVAC tech way back in the day I was very impressed with his knowledge and specialized equipment.I made the right choice!!S.
