Erica was so accommodating to my last minute schedule changes….when I say last minute, I’m talking about I was sitting in traffic and my GPS changed from 20 minute arrival time to 45 minutes. Erica didn’t have an attitude, she just told me to get there safely. Dr. Tim explains all the medical concerns so that I could understand what I was facing and looking at on the XRays and MRIs which put my mind at ease. No one likes being involved being involved in an accident. I am so relieved that they are in charge of my care.“
