I booked a same day appointment. Shalanta was my technician on Friday. She was extremely patient and kind with me. I honestly could not have had a better first time experience. She described everything in complete detail and answered any questions I had. I would 100% return to see her and have her give me another sugaring. When I needed breaks, I was given those to gather myself together. She explained how exfoliation helps prevents ingrown hairs and to do it at home. She utilized Mary Kay items to help with my process and offered me to buy some there, if I wanted too. I hope you have a chance to see her!
