I love this place and the people who work here , always so very kind and helpful! I went in yesterday and it was HOT in there cause their AC unit isn't working , poor workers suffering in this heat during the hottest time of the year . It made my exam difficult cause the lens kept fogging up while reading the letters and I had pull out the fan in my purse to try and help cool myself down . I was hot and sweaty just being in the testing room , they have plug in units in the main rooms and even then it's uncomfortable. They noticed when I needed help without me having to ask. I came in because my glasses were cricket and foggy and they help me save a lot of money by fixing the glasses for me I see so much better now and the process was quick!
I came in today as a walk-in. I had an appointment at another optical company, only to be told after walking in they don’t accept my insurance. I came here and explained my situation. Immediately upon walking in I was greeted and was told they accept my insurance. From the time I walked in to receiving my glasses, the process took approximately 90min. Every one who I met from the mgr, doctor as well as person who assisted me with the eye exam was phenomenal. The customer service was top tier. Thank you for turning a bad day into a great day. I appreciate everyone at this location who helped out today.
