I have been coming to Fatou’s since 2013. I an truly satisfied with all services provided.I made a last minute appointment to have my hair doing on a Subday before service. I had to employees working my head. It came down ro crunch time and all hands were on deck to get me out before church. I had seven employees in my head at one time. I was so grateful for the dedication on all employees behalf.
I have been going here to braid my hair for about a year now & my experience has always been good… Good customer service and mostly friendly staff.. Once you are specific about what you want, even if they don’t get it right, they will fix it .. Good place overall & reasonable prices.
The one in savannah need to be remodel. I have been going to this hair braiding place for years and every time I go I usually get micros, twist, or single box braids. I always ask them not to braid my hair so big in the back and they always do. I will find somewhere else to go. I am tired of them not giving me what I ask for and charge me so much money. That's cheating your clients.
