Mark was awesome! From being extremely accommodating in getting my home inspection scheduled to the inspection and report, he was nothing but professional and courteous! Took his time and ensured he explained things and made recommendations for maintenance / issues to watch out for as he was going through the house. Would recommend him to anyone needing an inspection, residential or commercial, as his attention to detail is evident in everything he does.

I found Mark at a first time hom ebuyers class i had to take.Knew immeditely that I wanted to use him. He saved me from buying a disaster! used him again on another home.He is literally the best! i am an insurance agent, and see inspections from carriers regularly. His report is by far the best ive ever seen! he knows his profession EXPERTLY, and provides an amazing detailed service. he is genuinely in it for what he does and not just trying to make a dollar.i urge anyone to use him to potentially be saved from a disaster as well! I would have NEVER caught the damages he found from water damage in the dormers in the attic!

Mark provided a very comprehensive, detailed home inspection for our first home purchase. We weren't able to be present for the inspection, so he called and talked us through the inspection and his findings at length. His written report along with photos are an excellent resource. His pricing is very reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to hire Mark again!
