Been with the company about 4 years. My technician Tucker is the best. He is very detailed with his job and explains things you don't understand. He gets rid of the bugs that think they can hid. He is very professional, calls to set up the appointments and is always on time. If something comes up he is always will to work with you. Would not trade him for the world.

I have been a customer of Yates for years, and I’ve seen many service technicians come, and go they spray in, and out, and still had the same problem with pests. When Randall came the first time he explained what he was going to do, and targeted the very source of the problem, he came in and he treated the whole house thoroughly, and he said now you won’t see them anymore, and so far I haven’t seen any pest inside the house. I’m thankful for his expertise, and dedication to satisfy the customer. I most definitely recommend Randall to anyone.
