I hired Ridgeline Roofing to replace the roof on my newly purchased home in Hiawassee, and Brett and his team exceeded my expectations. The job was completed exactly when promised. Communication throughout was excellent — Brett sent photos and updates as the work progressed, which I really appreciated. He also went above and beyond by checking attic ventilation at my request without making it a big deal.
When a supplier hiccup delayed part of the gutter guard install, Brett came back the next morning and finished the job without any pushback. That kind of follow-through is rare. Pricing was fair and transparent, and the warranty gives real peace of mind.

I recently had Kyle re tint a vehicle for me and was extremely impressed! The film that was on my vehicle had started peeling and flaking apart. Kyle was upfront with cost and what needed to be done. He does Quality work with very reasonable pricing. Will be using true south window tint for all of my vehicles in the future!
Was there last week and had my nails done- Great service with great people. What a nice, welcoming environment to get a pedicure, manicure or more detailed nails if that’s your bag! The crew here makes you feel welcome upon each visit- asking if your nails are ‘to your liking’ and always putting forth an offer for you to have a cold Diet Coke, Water, etc…Thank you to the staff for being prompt, courteous and good!

Dr Athena Garcia is the best!! She has the best bedside manners I have seen in quite some time. And that means a lot she actually listens and answers your questions and is not rushing out of the door to get to the next patient. Even though this practice does not accept my insurance - Dr Athena is worth the money out of my pocket each visit. She is very sweet and I love conversing with her.

We were going up Blood Mountain in a 1500 Silverado Truck and a 32 foot RV trailer when the truck’s transmission said “No Way”! The road was steep, narrow, curvy and with only 2 lanes and we were broke down. It was NOT a safe place to be- especially with two dogs! So - while we were deciding what to do, and the “Transmission Hot” alarm going off, out of the blue a BIG tow truck just happened to come from the opposite direction and stopped to help us! Even though he was on his way to another job, he saw that we were not safe and he towed us to a emergency lane at the top of the mountain with a welcome center on the Application Trail! He expected nothing in return- just hooked up the truck pulling the BIG RV trailer to some place where we wouldn’t be in danger! He gave us his card and said if we couldn’t find anyone- to call the number to Turpin and he would come back to tow us to Trackrock after his other job was done! I called for our road side service with my Allstate insurance and they tried to find someone but then told us that it would be the next day before someone could come! Well- of course we couldn’t stay there! So- we called Turpin at the number on the card and twenty minutes later - Dustin Lee and Mikey were there to help us get to the campground! They put the truck on a flat bed and towed the RV, Me, Chris and our two dogs right into our campsite. If it wasn’t for Turpin I don’t know what would have happened! I wanted to share this experience and give a big Thank You to Dustin Lee and Mikey and everyone at Turpin Towing!!
