I have had three months of nail trauma and decided to seek professional help. I had such a horrible experience at Star Nails that I immediately ran to this salon in tears for help. Sophie took pity on my massacred nails, worked me in, and set me on the road to recovery. She was so gentle, professional, and exactly what I needed. The whole store seemed to have good rapport with each employee and client. I, also, appreciate that they do not reuse files and buffers.

I have been a customer here for 16 years and have never had anything but a perfect experience. Not only do you get an amazing service on your nails the owner gives THE BEST advice and can solve any life problem you might have! The owners truly treat you like family! They are absolute best!! They are so amazing they stay booked for weeks (sometimes months) in advance! Would never go anywhere else!

While relaxing in the Blue Ridge mountain area for a few days I realized that I desperately needed a pedicure. I checked several nearby nail salons online and ended up choosing Lovely Nails. I am so glad that I did! I was able to make an appointment for that day. The salon is very nice, clean and compliant with COVID-19 guidelines. The entire staff was welcoming, warm and friendly. My pedicure was meticulously done by Abby - a very friendly young lady. I will definitely return when we are in the area again. Great job, Lovely Nails team!
