It was a very hot Friday morning. The guy that came out was by himself, as hot as it was it should have been at least two guys. Luckily it wasn't too bad of a job, but I did have to help him lift the concrete lid up. Job well done and I'd guess the price was reasonable.
Amazon-level service from a Septic company! Our house needed a general septic system service. I left a message on Sunday afternoon, and had the appointment confirmed with Logan later that afternoon. They were able to come out on Wednesday. They confirmed the appointment the day before. Edward arrived on time in the appointment window and worked very carefully not to destroy the yard/grass during the service. They even included an inspection of the system (that I didn’t know to ask for). Also, provided e-receipt/record of work immediately after the appointment. Start to finish - this was one of the best contractor experiences I’ve had in Savannah.
Just moved to Richmond Hill, GA and had a grand doodoo septic backup on a Sunday evening. Gray septic was first to be available and had a truck out at 9am Monday morning. By 11am the problem was solved and tank was pumped out. Service guy was friendly and professional. When you’re in deep CHIT, call these folks!
