Unfortunately I don’t know the gentleman’s name that worked on our septic tank, but he was polite, thoughtful and willing to help with our issues. Highly recommend this company!!

This is the fourth time that I have used Gray Septic Solutions, commencing with the precautionary pumping and inspection that I ordered before I purchased the property. The process to secure the appointment is simple and reliable, the technicians are always friendly and approachable, their work is thorough, and they explain clearly the results of their inspection and observations. There is never any residual mess, and they replace the grass over the cleanout cover to the very best they can. I would recommend this company highly.

Called at 9:52 AM and Grays had a man and truck to me same day. Edward really knew his stuff and had us pumped out in record time. Very professional and I could not be more pleased.
