“I have been using Precision Tax for 12 years, and in in my opinion these are the most helpful people I've come across. I understood 2014 was a difficult time for this family run business. With just two people, medical issue with Mrs. Anne caused a bottom neck in their production, and I was advised to perhaps go to another tax preparer. I did take their advice, only to find out I was going to have to pay 300, and my return would only be 900 dollars. I stop it immediately, went back to Precision and told them to take their time. Even though I had to wait a little longer, I received over 3000 back, and paid them 150. I will continue to use them as long as I can.“

“Don’t do business with Jacob! He lied to me about the money I would receive after amending my taxes. Why I believe he lied is because first of he charged my $200 which I knew was high of a price to do a amendment on a basic W2. But he told me and showed me a calculator with what I would receive after the amended taxes and he said $500. But recently after talking to the irs themselves. The lady i talked to said he enter inaccurate information. On top of that when Jacob was done amending my taxes he gave me my paper work and said all I have to do now is write the address and place a stamp on it . I then I said, “ I’m paying you $200 and you can’t even offer me a stamp?” He then said I think I have some in the back. The sad part is that if I didn’t speak up, he was just gonna take full advantage of me probably because he seen I was only 20 years old and probably figured that since he played me when it came to telling me I was going to receive $500 that now he was gonna make me buy my own stamps as well. To put a end to this Jacob is unprofessional point blank period he even said he only excepts cash. And the crazy part is i never felt the need to leave a bad receive before in my entire life. So I hope others read this post and change their mind over doing business with Jacob tax services because he will try and take full advantage over you the time you step in the door. God Bless.“
