“Kyle Blackburn truly went above and beyond for me in a way I was not expecting. In my first appt to file my taxes, I had several missing documents bc I was filing years of back taxes. He patiently guided me through signing up on the IRS website to figure out exactly what documents I needed when I came back the next time. But since I was not fully prepared he still took time to sit with me and educate me on taxes. We talked for about 2 hours and he was very patient in answering all of my questions. He did not charge me a dime to sit there and take up his valuable time with all of my questions. We were at the office pretty late. The next time I came back I had all of my documents and we went to work. Kyle is just so incredibly knowledgeable it’s insane. Anything you want to know, Kyle has the answer! I got to my 2nd appt about 2 hours late bc I had trouble printing my documents and he was so patient and kind about it . I told him we could reschedule and he stayed there late waiting for me. He pushed me to get my taxes done before the electronic filing deadline and I appreciate that so much. I left the office probably around 8pm that Friday night. Kyle helped me figure out how to get the most for my Buck when filing and really put my mind at ease as we went through the whole process. I thought I’d owe thousands of dollars in back taxes and was so nervous but I actually ended up getting money back. I was absolutely shocked. Kyle is a genius for real and he definitely has your absolute BEST interest in mind. It is so obvious he cares about his clients and he will do anything possible to help you. Just an all around good guy who takes pride in what he does and goes above and beyond. I will always use Townsend tax from now on. If you go anywhere else, I promise you won’t receive the same level of service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks Kyle for everything!“
