I had a mixed experience working with this tax preparer. She is clearly knowledgeable and ultimately filed my taxes correctly, which I confirmed by having my return reviewed by another tax professional.
However, the overall experience was not very pleasant. Communication felt difficult at times, and I often felt expected to already understand tax laws and implications, which defeats the purpose of seeking professional guidance.
