“My father has been going here since I was about 11-12 and we swapped over to(Flex Fitness) which is now “Fitco” we stayed there for about a year and we eventually swapped back to Elite Years ago, and this is the gym where I started taking it very seriously. Now my whole family comes to Elite. The people are amazing, the staff is awesome people as well, and just an overall positive experience. This is the gym I will continue to stay at for the rest of my life!!”
“I started this journey on February 17, 2025, but the real wake-up call came in May 2024 when I was diagnosed with early-stage Type 2 Diabetes. I made a choice right then to reclaim my health, and Brighter-Day Fitness in Macon helped me make it happen.
The stats don't lie, and the progress is real:
• Weight Loss: I went from 332 lbs down to 282 lbs—a 50 lb drop!
• The Fit: I’ve officially retired the 4X wardrobe and am now wearing 2X shirts.
• Health: I started with 5 medications and a lot of uncertainty. Today, I am OFF all 5 medications and feeling stronger than ever! 💊 ➡ 💪
It’s bittersweet to say goodbye, but the only reason I’m leaving is my move back toward Atlanta. I can’t thank Anthony, Tam, and all the other incredible members enough for pushing me when I needed it most. If you’re in Macon and need a sign to start your fitness journey—this is it.”
“Best gym in Macon! I’ve been to multiple gyms throughout Macon and the middle ga area. This beats them all by far! 24 hours key card access, friendliest people/staff, and all the equipment your heart desires. Strictly for weights and cardio which I prefer. I don’t need or want to pay extra for classes or a pool or a basketball court.”
