This is a premium type location, you have access 24/7 and it's a good mom and pop gym.... You can make noise and not worry about getting kicked out..... Pay the 12 and have 24 hour access or don't and just show up when the staff are there.
It's clean it smells good. All of the other members are cool and don't mind helping you out with fitness information. Owners are great understanding and supportive of there clients. Great facility now crazy gym rules. Good parking, water, protein shake, pre-workout s in the vending machines.
Best gym in Macon. Affordable personal training, quiet and secure at night, plus lots of free weights and machines. They also offer great classes. The gym is affordable and you can pay in cash or by month so you're not locked into a horrible contract like Planet Fitness or Kinetix.
