Best gym in Macon! I’ve been to multiple gyms throughout Macon and the middle ga area. This beats them all by far! 24 hours key card access, friendliest people/staff, and all the equipment your heart desires. Strictly for weights and cardio which I prefer. I don’t need or want to pay extra for classes or a pool or a basketball court.

Yesss This Gym was Everything and More. All Different kinds of Equipment to Work out on!! The Staff is so Welcoming The Owner Kelvin noticed me as being New there and Came and introduced himself!! I'm Definitely Coming back in the Morning!! This place is Nice

Been here since last 14 years absolutely love this place. Not much crowded and don't have to wait to get your workout done. New managment has been doing an absolutely brilliant job to bring new equipments.
